At our company, we strive to ensure that your items are delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note the following details regarding tax, delivery services, handling and transit time, shipping fees, and order changes:

Handling and transit time: Once you confirm your order, we will process it within 24 hours. Please allow 3-7 working days for us to send your order after you place it.

Shipping fee: We offer free shipping on all orders.

Parcels damaged in transit: If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery. If the parcel has already been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

Shipping status: Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email immediately, don’t worry—we know the delivery date or range provided at checkout and will ensure your items are delivered within that timeframe.

Order changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch with us immediately. Note that custom and pre-ordered items cannot be swapped for other designs.
