Returns & Refund Policy

The return policy allows for a period of 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition as it was received, that is, unworn or unused. You also need proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

To initiate the return process, please get in touch with us at If your request is approved, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back, and we will provide instructions on where and how to send it. Keep in mind that we cannot accept any item that is returned without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues

Once you receive your order, please examine it carefully and let us know immediately if you notice any defects or damages or if you have received an incorrect item. This will enable us to assess the situation and rectify any issues promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

To qualify for a return, the product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition, and in original and unopened packaging. Any damage caused intentionally will render the product ineligible for return.

In cases of manufacturing defects, the refund will not incur any restocking fees or charges but may be subject to upfront fees or charges. Returns that are not due to manufacturing defects will be processed based on the merchandise or product value and may incur restocking fees or charges ( 15%). Special orders, customized products, or products made to the user’s specifications cannot be returned.

Returns cannot be accepted for discontinued items, and returns must be requested within 30 days from the shipping date. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back.


To ensure you get what you want quickly, it is best to return the item you currently have and then make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Ineligible items

The following categories are not eligible for a “Change of Mind” statement:

Lost or stolen packages (if applicable)

IT Innovation Inc. shall not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered to the address specified in an order. However, IT Innovation Inc. can provide confirmation of delivery to the customer upon request, including the delivery date, tracking information, and carrier details, which can assist in the customer’s investigation.

Cancellation after order

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours for any reason. To cancel, please get in touch with our customer success team via email at, and provide your name and order number. Your purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within five business days.

Damage on arrival

In case your product arrives damaged, kindly capture pictures and videos of the damaged product and email them to our customer service at Our team will assess the situation and once the case is confirmed, you will be presented with two options. You may choose to receive a replacement product or a full refund of your purchase amount.

Defective or broken manufacture after use:

You have a grace period of 30 days from the date of product delivery to report any issues or defects with your purchase. If the product is found to be non-functional or defective within this timeframe, you can return it to us at your own cost. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit, which you can use to place a new order for a replacement product.


Once we receive and examine your returned item, we will promptly inform you about the status of your refund approval. If your return is approved, the refund will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (If Applicable). However, please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be issued and for the amount to reflect in your account.
